Kirsh utilizes USPS unless otherwise specified to ship out our products. If you wish to ship your item with a different carrier please contact us prior to ordering.
Returns
Kirsh does NOT accept returns on customized items once the production of the apparel has started. In the event that there is an issue with workmanship or quality of the product it will be the responsibility of the customer to contact Kirsh within 3 business days of the receipt of the product to initialize a claim. Kirsh will then review the evidence to determine if the complaint is substantiated and a refund is issued.
It is the customers responsibility to review any and all submitted artwork for errors prior to the start of production, once production has begun, any custom items that have been created will be billed, that bill will then be the responsibility of the customer.
